Hiring Manager Review
The hiring manager will review your resume and application materials.
- Stage 3
Screening Interview
A member of our team will conduct a screening interview via Teams. This screener will ask basic questions so that we can get to know you and your background a bit better.
- Stage 4
Panel Interview #1
Candidates moving on from the screening phase will have a virtual panel interview with the hiring manager and 2-3 other people from our team. This interview dives deeper into your experience and usually takes 30 - 45 minutes.
- Stage 5
Panel Interview #2
Candidates moving on from the first panel interview will have a second panel interview. This panel will consist of the hiring manager and additional people from our team, typically leadership. The second panel interview is typically held in person at our office downtown.
- Stage 6
Culture Committee Meet & Greet
Spend some time getting to know members of our Culture Committee. Not a formal interview, this stage is a way for candidates to meet with people from our team to assess a culture fit.
- Stage 7
References, Background Check, & Verbal Offer
The selected candidate will be asked to provide 3 references, one of which will be a former or current supervisor. A background check will also be completed. If nothing comes up during those two processes, a verbal offer with a tentative start date and salary will be made.
